At Khanya, we're confident you'll love your premium oral care products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unopened and unused (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • In its original packaging with all included items
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mqondisicom@icloud.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at mqondisicom@icloud.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
